Thank you for considering Brookfield Village Student accommodation for the coming academic year. Brookfield Village is situated on College Road, on an 11 acre site, only minutes walk from UCC and 20 minutes walk from CIT.

The accommodation comprises:

• Single rooms in 3 and 4 bedromed apartments with shared kitchen/dining room and 1 bathroom.
• Double en suite bedrooms with shared kitchen/dining room.
• Each bedroom has a wardrobe and study desk.

• Rates quoted are for the academic year  – 30th August 2019 – 22nd May 2020

You will be contacted again via e-mail with payment details as outlined below.

• Booking deposit payable at time of booking.
• 1st installment due by 5pm 22nd  July 2019
• 2nd installment due November for all years.
• Electricity payable along with installments  (any refund will be issued after departure)**
• Utilities payable along with installments non refundable.
• Booking deposit: €300 (see T & C for refund policy)*
• Single bed: €5,100.
  • One Payment – €5,100 plus €380 electricity and €200 utilities
  • Two Installments: August – €3,000 plus €190 electricity and €200 utilities. November- €2,100 plus €190 electricity.
• Double bed en suite: €5,590
  • One Payment – €5,590  plus €380 electricity and €200 utilities
  • Two Installments: August – €3,150 plus €190 electricity and €200 utilities. November- €2,440 plus €190 electricity .
• Car parking: €300 payable in 1 installment – non refundable.

** Electricity payment is an estimate only, any unused will be refunded after departure, any over usage will be deducted from deposits.

Cancellations

1st years may not apply for Jennings Pool 

• Booking /security deposit is non refundable after 5pm on 12th July,  2019
• Cancellations before 5pm on 12th July, 2019 will be subject to €150.00 administration fee.
• The booking/security deposit will not be refunded if a student decides to leave before the period of residence is complete.
